Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery. Please note:

  • All returns must include the original packaging and any accompanying garment bags
  • Items from our Ghost Archive collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and other intimate accessories cannot be returned

Important: Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be refused or returned to you at your expense.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return:

  2. Await confirmation from our Inverness-based team with return instructions
  3. Pack your item securely in the original packaging
  4. Include the completed returns form (provided with your order)
  5. Ship your return using a tracked service to:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend:

  • Using a tracked service for your protection
  • Retaining your proof of postage until your refund is processed

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate “EXCHANGE” and your preferred replacement item in your email
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your new item with standard shipping fees applied

For faster service, we recommend placing a new order while returning the original item.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is issued

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the integrity of our collections, the following cannot be returned:

  • Items from our exclusive Ghost Archive collection (marked as final sale)
  • Earrings and other intimate accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items purchased during Social Promotions events (unless faulty)

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
