We deliver worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) with two reliable shipping options:

Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
– Carrier: EMS
– Processing time: 1-2 business days
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
All orders are processed Monday-Friday. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery. Please follow this simple process:

Important Notes:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
- Always use a tracked service and retain proof of postage
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error
Exchange Process
For size/color exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly mark “EXCHANGE” in your email and specify your preferred replacement
- Standard shipping fees will apply to your new item
For faster service, we recommend placing a new order while returning the original item.
Refund Information
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds processed within 5 business days
- Credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- You’ll receive email confirmation when processed
- Allow 7-10 business days for funds to appear in your account
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain collection integrity, these items cannot be returned:
- Ghost Archive collection (all marked as final sale)
- Earrings and intimate accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Social Promotions items (unless faulty)
